Cookies

This website uses three cookies. Each one is needed for the site to work, or remembers your choice of look. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics. Nothing is set until you sign in or choose a light or dark look.

• sb-…-auth-token: Keeps you signed in. It is set when you sign in, sometimes in two parts, and removed when you sign out. Otherwise your browser keeps it for up to 400 days.
• altis_idle: For the care provider's team only. It signs you out after 30 minutes without activity, to protect what is on the screen. It holds a code for your session and the time you were last active, and your browser keeps it for up to 400 days.
• theme: Remembers whether you chose the light or dark look, or to follow your device. It is set when you sign in, from your saved choice, and when you change it, and kept for a year.

The site also keeps a few small notes in your browser's own storage, which are never sent anywhere: which columns you have folded away on a job board, whether you have been signed out in another tab, and, for a moment, that you have confirmed a message about a document being sent back. If you are giving a reference, it keeps your answers so far, so they are not lost before you send them. They are cleared when you send them, and ignored after 14 days.

No analytics

This website has no analytics. It does not measure your visits or follow you between pages.

The companies that help run it

• Vercel hosts the website. It is based in the United States, and its servers for this site are in London. Like any host, it sees your IP address when your browser asks for a page, and keeps it in its logs for a limited time.
• Supabase stores the information in the system and the files people upload, and handles signing in. It is stored in the EU.
• Resend sends the emails from the system, such as interview invitations, reference requests, sign-in links and the codes referees are sent. It is based in the United States, and emails pass through its systems under approved safeguards.
• Anthropic provides the AI the system uses to read CVs and references, summarise them, and help compare applications with a role. It does not use the information to train its AI. It is based in the United States, and the information is sent under approved safeguards. Every decision about an application is made by a person.
• Upstash helps stop misuse of the system by counting how often requests come from the same IP address. It keeps the address only while it is counting: about 20 minutes at most.

Each works only to provide its service to Altis, under data protection terms with us. We do not sell information or use it for marketing.
